Over the years I have worked to revisit and preserve my family's favorite recipes, passed down over generations.
Having a background in archives and collection preservation, my goal is to preserve and digitize. I want to ensure these recipes can be kept and shared for generations to come.
While perfect in my eyes, many of the recipes needed testing. Some amounts needed clarification and instructions needed expanding ("bake in a hot oven until done" doesn't quite cut it!) Examples of my recipe work, before and afters, will soon be added here.
